LZ Series is an innovative narrow-format UV-LED web inkjet printer specifically designed for industrial short-run digital printing. As AMICA's new development to the label and hang tag inkjet printing market, it brings out exquisite print quality, superior productivity and great flexibility.

Based on highly modular design concept, LZ series can be configured with versatile post-printing modules, such as cutters/ dotting cutters, rewinders, detachers, die cutting or cross-cutting. It is widely applied in logistics, retail, industrial manufacturing, clothing, and pharmaceuticals industries.

  • Optimize Performance with Convenient Maintenance System Adopting drawer-type design, Automatic Print Head Maintenance System allows purging, wiping and capping to promote performance and decrease maintenance expenses.

Software

Professional Printer Control Software (PCS Pro) installed on the PC is specifically customized for variable data printing (VDP). It offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control LZ series, monitor its status, and set its options. With easy operation and maintenance of the printer, PCS Pro greatly enhances print productivity and efficiency.
MagicPage VDP Software offers a simple and flexible variable data printing (VDP) workflow with the online and offline modes. Users can directly print VDP jobs with the MagicPage installed on the Client PC. MagicPage also enables users to design and modify the output templates by extensive editing tools.

Vacuum Table keeps media stationary for accurate registration during the whole production.

Visualized Window enables to inspect printing status, preventing UV light leakage.

Ink Supply System 1L bulk ink tanks; built-in liquid level sensors for alarming the shortage of ink; anti-overflow unit prevents ink from flowing out, keeping related components intact.

UV-LED Curing System ensures instant ink curing for high speed printing and consistent print quality.

Active Negative Pressure System provides high-quality printing at higher firing frequency.

Servo-driven System ensures high-precision and high-speed printing with low noise and slight vibration.
