CL19/ CL26/ CL33 Versatile UV-LED Inkjet Printer

CL series wide-format inkjet printers are available in three models: CL19, CL26 and CL33, with the print widths of 1.9m, 2.6m, and 3.2m (75”, 102”, and 126”) respectively. As environment-friendly UV-LED curing inkjet printers, CL series is specially designed to print high-quality large format prints for indoor and outdoor signs and displays.

With versatile media handling system and UV-LED curing technology, CL series enables to directly print images on a wide variety of flexible media and rigid substrates, including vinyl, banners, fabrics, carton boards, foam boards, etc.

Advanced Print Head Control Technology

  • Utilizing the advanced DOD piezoelectric print heads, CL series printers combine excellent print quality and high efficiency with exquisite image output. The print heads feature up to 600dpi physical resolution, minimum 7pl ink drop size, high jetting frequency, and support grayscale printing.
  • Amica’s VDS (Variable Droplet Size) control technology integrates the print head control of 3-level different droplet sizes with the ColorPRINT RIP software for producing sharp images with smoother gradients.

  • Due to its comprehensive technologies, from mechanical design, electronic control to high-quality parts, the CL series offers reliable movement control even when printing at high speeds. Text as small as 4pt. is perfectly legible. A high performance and long lasting AC servo motor controls the movement of the carriage. A high precision rotary encoder ensures accurate media feeding. Front and back tension bars maintain media feeding straightness.
  • The heavy and sturdy uni-body frame structure and precision aluminum alloy profile beam ensure stable, high-speed, and high-resolution printing.

Professional Software Control Technology

  • Proprietary image algorithm enables you to reliably print large-size images without stopping.
  • Working seamlessly with the professional ColorPRINT RIP software, CL series produces vivid colors and fine details with ColorPRINT's enhanced color management and raster image process technology to grab viewers’ attention.
  • Printer Control Software (PCS) offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor printer status, and set printer options, such as the amplitude and pulse width of jetting waveforms and the temperature for each print head.

Versatile Media Handling System for Diverse Applications

  • CL series accepts both flexible roll media and rigid substrates from films to boards, enabling you to expand your business with various applications of high printing quality.
  • Thanks to the roll-to-roll release & take-up system, CL series easily handles various wide-format roll media within 130kg weight.
  • While with an optional foldable supporting table, it supports printing on rigid substrates up to 10mm thick and 12kg with a minimal footprint.
